  • Work with various business groups to establish a sound business case for each of the projects. Participate in the definition of the requirements and creation of the solutions.
  • Define project scope and deliverables working across the corporate  business and IT organizations, including project definition, estimation, resource estimation, budget management, and scheduling.
  • Lead enterprise application and cross-divisional global programs through their entire lifecycle
  • Estimate resource requirements, project activities, and dependencies
  • Create detailed project plans using industry standard methodologies
  • Coordinate activities and manage dependencies across various functional teams to support a highly collaborative work environment.
  • Manage prioritization decisions and change requests throughout the life of the project
  • Communicate key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk planning activities to mitigate and/or eliminate them.
  • Establish alliances with other departments and organizations
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and related meetings
  • Capture and report project status and ensure the project management information systems are maintained with accurate and current information
  • Deliver assigned projects on time, on scope, and on budget

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree required, Masters preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications desired
  • 7+  years of IT experience of which 5+ years of Project/Program Management in a global enterprise professional environment, with minimum of 3 full life cycle enterprise implementations.
  • Experience managing local and remote team members (20+) on programs of at least twelve months duration
  • Experience in a regulated GMP environment with both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience with project execution involving mergers and acquisitions highly desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Office365, highly desired
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of IT technologies and practices
  • Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience
  • Strong tactical and strategic thinking, and problem solving skills. Able to achieve big picture objectives while paying attention to details.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with little direction or direct supervision
  • Experience managing projects across geographical regions
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment and influence staff, colleagues, and superiors.
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams and juggle multiple tasks.
  • 20% travel

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree required, Masters preferred
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience in a global professional environment
  • Experience leading projects in a regulated GMP environment
  • Ability to work independently with little direction or direct supervision
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Proficient in MS Project or equivalent.
  • Experience managing local and remote team members (20+) on programs of at least twelve months duration
  • Would be preferred if candidate has experience working with  digital business units and well as software engineering groups as well
