Position Summary: 

The Enterprise Computing team is responsible for the management platforms for end user devices within the organization.   The team members collaborate with our End User Services and other IT teams to test, deliver, and maintain software installation packages, OS upgrades and deployments, and other device management features.   This is a technical position which will architect, implement, and support the UEM and MDM tools within the enterprise.  

Responsibilities:

·       Managing the client endpoint device management system for Windows OS, Mac OS, and mobile OS environments

·       Responsible for assistance with the provisioning and imaging strategy for the enterprise

·       Provide Level 3 support for End User Services teams

·       Builds, tests, sets, and maintains standards for End User technology within the environment

·       Group Policy design and implementation

·       Windows client operating systems build concepts and upgrade sequence within the environment

·       Establishing and maintaining upgrade deployments and patching cycles for end user devices

·       Collaborating with stakeholders and End User Support teams to assist in development of the Enterprise Computing Strategy, as it relates to device management within the enterprise. 

·       Strong understanding around application packaging and deployment experience using Ivanti Endpoint Manager (LanDesk), SCCM, BigFix, etc

·       Architects, deploys, and managers core server infrastructure relating to Endpoint Services

·       Develops and maintains user guides, technical diagrams and documentation, and procedures for technical support teams

·       Determining and driving Hardware standards while ensuring proper testing and operability within the environment

·       Evaluates, develops, and implements plans for new support systems, products, or services while making suggestions to improve/change existing products and/or tools

·       Communicate updates for initiatives, in a timely manner, to key stakeholders

·       Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 

·       5+ years administrating Landesk/SCCM/Airwatch/Intune or similar UEM/MDM solutions within an enterprise environment

·       8+ years supporting Windows client operating systems to include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

·       Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Powershell, AutoIT, BASH

·       Self-Motivated, able to work independently

·       Strong communication skills 

·       Strong desire to learn and explore new ideas

·       Understanding of security related to OS and physical assets 

·       Experience with understanding hardware requirements, and creating standards
