Job Description


Intake  operational objectives and gather information related to our API modernization strategy. Define, understand, and manage project scope. Perform moderate/complex research to support evaluation of complex output requirements and formats. May translate more complex technical initiatives to less experienced employees. Present project deliverables to appropriate audiences. Communicate functional and technical requirements to development teams responsible for developing/testing requirements in various applications.

 

Coordinate, monitor, and report on the progress of projects to ensure adherence to defined project schedule. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Successfully articulate issues, problem, and solutions. Conduct and oversee pre and post-implementation review. Successfully plan, design, and conduct functional walk-throughs.

 

Manage and advise on intermediate to large cross-functional projects and change initiatives involved in the design and delivery of technical solutions, implementation strategies, and control measures, including scoping, leading, and influencing organizational change related to technical strategies and models.

Facilitate process improvement meetings and/or discussions

Analyze the functions and operations of a business area/function and identify problem areas. Create functional and technical documents current and future state business processes.

Act as subject matter expert/technical operations expert. Recommend process efficiencies, strategies for improvement, and/or solutions to align technology with business strategies.

 

The job is senior product analyst member of an agile scrum team responsible for writing requirements that align the business goals to the customers needs, in order to build scalable applications across all digital channels to serve our customers. The position will be responsible for taking an enterprise-wide, business and customer view of the solutions and the aligning the requirements so that the developers can build the applications to meet the needs of the product vision. The position, and team, will be involved in every aspect at part of the SDLC process from idea generation, business analysis, UX design and testing against industry standards for requirements traceability and management. The senior level role will provide guidance and act as subject matter expert in answering questions from staff.

 

The job is responsible for working with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other External Systems to understand requirements surrounding new or enhanced features. Responsible for writing requirement documents that adheres to SOC2 standards set forth by the Principal Product Analysts. Takes a lead role by actively performing peer reviews of requirement documentation.

 

Responsible for idea generation, exploring and suggesting business rules that would apply to achieve the required product features. And updating the backlog with the appropriate stories to accomplish the asks.

 

A part of an agile work team and responsible for participating and driving all scrum ceremonies, assists in sprint planning and completes all required sprints from development through final execution of software

 

Leads the business unit in story creation (i.e. DoD, Acceptance Criteria, estimation). Creates Tasks for their stories in RTC or Jira, and updates status and assignment accordingly

 

Take a lead role in monitoring work against production schedule and provides progress updates and reports any issues or impediments to scrum master and product owners on a regular basis.

 

Leads, coordinates and oversees the work of other Product Analysts as it relates to a specific project. Provides mentorship to associate and intermediate level Product Analysts. Exhibits expert level experience on business processes and best practices for conducting requirements gathering.
